Refund policy
1. Returns
• You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Please note that fabric that has been cut, stitched, or altered cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• After inspection, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/Store Credit as per your preference).
• You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
3. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support.
4. Shipping Costs
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
5. Non-Returnable Items
• Items on Clearance Sale.
• Customized or specially ordered fabrics.
