1. Delivery Timeframe
• Local (Faisalabad): 1-2 working days.
• Nationwide (Across Pakistan): 3-5 working days.
• Please note that during sale events or new collection launches, delivery may take up to 5-7 working days.
2. Shipping Charges
• Standard shipping charges are Rs. 200-250 per order (depending on weight).
• Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000.
3. Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this to track your shipment's progress.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• We offer Cash on Delivery services all over Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
5. Address Accuracy
• Please provide a complete and accurate address along with a reachable phone number to avoid any delays or returns. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Damaged Shipments
• If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact our customer support immediately.
